Return Conditions:

Undelivered items are automatically returned to our fulfillment partner, held for 30 days, and donated to charity when they go unclaimed.

Agree to pay the shipping to an alternate shipping address within that period you get the loot. If you don’t, the charity thanks you.

Defective products require authorization prior to return.

Please use the contact form on this site to submit your claim for complete satisfaction within 30 days.

Attach photos of the claimed defect(s) to the email you receive in response.

Examples of defects include but are not limited to, blotchy colors, irregular base products, smears, etc.

Please note that “ordered the wrong size” and “they didn’t like it” are not defects, but problems we can easily solve.
